My Story

Exercise used to feel like a punishment for me -- it was nothing more than a means to control the way that my body looked through endless cardio and HIIT training. 

It wasn't until I first started dabbling in weightlifting while pursuing my bachelor's degree in Nutrition that my relationship with food and exercise completely transformed. The mental shift that came with becoming stronger, more capable, and more confident in taking up space translated far beyond the gym floor. 

Maybe you come from a similar place with exercise, or maybe you just want to learn how to lift to feel strong and capable in your everyday life, to take your fitness to the next level, to build your confidence, or to make movement and proper nutrition habitual.
